1. Returns
1.1. We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. It must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.3. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at chamanjain55@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
1.4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
1.5. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
2. Refunds
2.1. Refunds will be processed for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.2. Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges
3.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chamanjain55@gmail.com. and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Shipping
4.1. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team.
4.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
